Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
We understand plans change. Cancellations are accepted under specific conditions. Please review the eligible and non-eligible cases carefully before submitting a request.
- Work has not yet started
- Within 24 hours of purchase
- Work already started
- Campaign has been launched
- Resources already allocated
The cancellation window is strictly 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once this window has passed or work has commenced — whichever comes first — the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Cases
Once our team has begun work on your order, cancellation is no longer possible regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. This includes any of the following situations:
- Strategy or planning begun
- Creatives in development
- Account setup in progress
- Campaign live and running
- Ads submitted for review
- Budget already deployed
Once resources have been allocated to your project — including team time, ad budgets, or third-party tools — the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
How to Cancel
If your order meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1, submit your cancellation request by email using the format below. Incomplete requests may not be processed.
Reason for cancellation Required
Cancellation requests submitted without an Order ID or reason will not be processed. Our team will confirm receipt and respond within 1–2 business days.
