Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please ensure you submit your request promptly if you believe you are eligible.

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow the following timeframe:
